"Total waste of money. I was with State Farm and Ernesto for 10 years. I always paid on time and never once filed a claim. They were charging me almost $200 per month for auto and renters insurance. I shopped around and found most other insurance companies were about half the price. They didn't even try to keep my business. When I told them to cancel, they just did. Total waste of money using State Farm. Wish I had changed sooner."
